If you are the first time depositing to bcb exchange, please try to send a small amount of cryptocurrency first, in order to familiarize yourself with the process and ensure everything runs normally.
In bcb exchange application:
Click "Deposit" > "Blockchain Network"
A window will pop up on the screen, displaying your deposit address and its QR code, as well as the amount of deposited tokens, to ensure the safe arrival of funds.
If ensure blockchain network consistent, otherwise funds will not be able to arrive normally (loss will be borne by yourself)

Once the transaction enters the blockchain, the deposit needs to wait for blockchain confirmation to be displayed in your bcb account.
