For security reasons, all user deposits are stored in cold wallets. However, all cryptocurrency withdrawal requests are processed automatically.
In most cases, withdrawals are processed almost instantly, and typically the processing time does not exceed 24 hours.
Note: Withdrawals will be sent from a different address than your cryptocurrency deposit address.
For fund withdrawals, each withdrawal to an external account requires verification with a fund password.
When withdrawing cryptocurrency, if you have set up a fund password, you can use the password to withdraw. If you have forgotten your fund password, you can contact BCB online customer support to get it modified (requires providing handheld ID or passport, driver's license, or other evidence).
Fund passwords provide an additional layer of security for your withdrawals.
Navigate to the Assets page in your account.
Click on the withdraw option.
Choose the appropriate network and token for withdrawal.
Input the amount you wish to withdraw.
Input your fund password and proceed with withdrawal.
Withdrawals are typically processed instantly. If funds or account show abnormalities, the platform will enter a 24-hour review period. If there is a possibility of fraud, the platform will reject the withdrawal, and funds will be returned to your account via the original path.
